Adolph Macrin(App) Vs Republic(Res)This is a second appeal. It emanates from Criminal case No. 139 of 2009 of the District Court of Mbozi District in which the appellant was convicted, as charged, of the offence armed robbery. He was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment and corporal punishment. His appeal to the High Court against conviction and sentence was unsuccessful, hence this appeal.
