Dalaly Peter Kafumu(App) Vs Joseph Mwandu(Res)By- elections were conducted in the Constituency of Igunga on 2nd October, 2011 for the seat of the Member of Parliament for the Constituency after the same fell vacant. Prior to the elections, political campaigns were conducted by the respective political parties that participated in the elections from 2nd September to a day that preceded the 1 elections. The second appellant and the respondent were among the contestants in the elections.
