Faraja Leserian(App) Vs Republic(Res)This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court of Tanzania sitting at Arusha in Criminal Appeal NO.1S4 of 2008 whereby the conviction and sentence for the charge of rape entered against the appellant Faraja Leserian by the District Court of Arusha were upheld. Being aggrieved, the appellant has come to this Court on a second appeal.
