In the District Court of Mbinga at Mbinga the appellant FRANK HAULE
was charged with "two counts" namely breaking into a building with intent
to commit an offence and stealing contrary to sections 296 (a) and 265 of
the Penal Code, Cap. 16 R.E. 2002. He was convicted as charged and
sentenced to prison terms of 8 and 5 years respectively with "hard labour". |
