District (the trial court) with two counts, namely, Burglary (1st count) and
Stealing (2nd count). He had denied both counts. After a full trial, he was
found guilty as charged in both counts and convicted. He was sentenced to
two consecutive terms of imprisonment of 10 and 7 years respectively. |
