Before the District Court of Mwanza at Mwanza, the appellant was
charged with and convicted of the offence of Unnatural Offence contrary to
section 154 of the Penal Code. He was sentenced to thirty (30) years
imprisonment and ordered to pay the victim the sum of sh. 300,000/=
(three hundred thousand shillings) as compensation. |
