Laureno Mseya(App) Vs Republic(Res)The applicant Laureno Mseya, has by Notice of Motion moved this Court under Rule 3 (2) (a) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1979 (the 1979 Rules) and article 13 (3) and (6) of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania, to review its own Judgment in Criminal Appeal No. 430 of 1 2007. Together with the Notice of Motion, he included a supporting affidavit wherein he has manifested his grievance over the contents of the judgment of this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 430 of 2007 which, according to him, has resulted in miscarriage of justice precipitating this application for review.
