Lazaro Stephano(App) Vs Republic(Res)The appellant was convicted of the offence of rape contrary to sections 130 and 131 of the Penal Code [CAP 16 R.E. 2002]. He was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court was dismissed. The appellant is still aggrieved, hence this second appeal to this Court.
