In the District Court of Chunya District, the appellant and six
(6) others were charged with the offence of robbery with violence
contrary to sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code. The appellant
and two others were found guilty as charged, and were convicted
and sentenced to thirty (30) years imprisonment and ordered to pay
compensation of Shs. 100,500 to the complainants. |
