The appellant Manyusi slo Kihongozi was convicted of the murder of
his wife one Asia dlo Mhina. The High Court (Mkuye, J.) sentenced him to
suffer death by hanging. The appellant has come to this Court on appeal in
a bid to have the conviction altered to one of manslaughter. |
