MINANI s/o SELESTIN appeared before the District Court of Kasulu at
Kasulu on a charge of Rape c/s 5( 1) of the Sexual Offences Special
Provisions Act, 1998. He was found guilty, convicted and sentenced to
fifteen years imprisonment. He appealed to the High Court of Tanzania at
Tabora against the conviction and sentence. His appeal was dismissed in
its entirety, hence this second appeal. |
