Mnazi Philemon(App) Vs Republic(Res)Mnazi Philimon was convicted by the District Court of Mpanda District of the offence of Attempted Rape. He was sentenced to a prison term of thirty (30) years. His appeal to the High Court at Sumbawanga, that, is Criminal Appeal No. 5 of 2011, was dismissed by Khaday, J. on 2ih June, 2011. Aggrieved by the High Court decision, he resolved to appeal to this Court.
