Mussa Maduhu(App) Vs Republic(Res)The appellant pleaded guilty to information of manslaughter contrary to section 195 of the Penal Code, [CAP 16 R.E. 2002]. He was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. Aggrieved with the sentence, he has filed one ground of appeal challenging the sentence for being manifestly excessive, given the mitigating factors which were presented before the trial court before sentencing.
