Mwita Sangali(App) Vs Republic(Res)The appellant MWITA SANGALI appeared before the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam on a charge of Murder cis 196 of the Penal Code. He was found guilty, convicted and sentenced to the mandatory sentence of death by hanging. He was aggrieved by both the conviction and sentence, hence this appeal.
