Said Shabani(App) Vs Shabani(Res)Saidi Shabani, the applicant in these proceedings has, by a Notice of Motion, supported by his own affidavit, lodged in terms of Rule 66(1) (a) and (e) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009, (the Rules), together with Article 13 (3) and (6) of the Constitution of the United Republicof Tanzania as amended from time to time applied for a Review of the judgment of the Court in Criminal Appeal No. 88 of 2009.
