Tanzania Cigarette Co.Ltd(App) Vs Mastermind Tobacco Ltd(Res)The appellant filed an action against the respondent in the High Court of Tanzania, Commercial Division, based on infringement of the law on trademarks. He lost the action in the High Court. The respondent, who was the defendant in the High Court, had also filed a counter-claim 1 against the appellant who was then the plaintiff. He (the respondent) also lost in the counter-claim. Aggrieved by the decision of the High Court, the appellant has filed the present appeal.
