The accused persons were charged and tried in the District Court of
Igunga District at Igunga for the offence of Being in Unlawful possession of
firearms cis 4 (1) and 34 (2) of the Arms and Ammunition Act Chapter 200
R.E. 2002 of the laws. These are Wagana slo Mwita, John s/o Geshmana
@ Juma sto Peter and Shesha slo Gisu who appeared in the trial Court as
the first, second and third accused persons respectively. After the trial the
third accused person was found not guilty and acquitted. |
