The facts giving rise to this appeal upon which the appellants were
lUDGMENT OF THE COURT
charged and convicted of the offence of armed robbery contrary to
sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code, [Cap 16 R.E. 2002] are as
follows: On io" November, 2009 Mayala Revocatus Kadashi (PW1), a
taxi driver at Magu Bus Stand was hired by two persons whom he took
to be ordinary passengersat an agreed hire fare of T.shillings. 2500/= to
take them to Itumbili Secondary School. |
