OSCAR LWELA(App) Vs Republic(Res)In the High Court of Tanzania at Sumbawanga (Mmilla, J), the appellant Oscar Lwela was convicted of the offence of murder and was sentenced to the statutory death sentence. Aggrieved by the decision of the High Court the appellant has preferred his appeal to this Court.
