The Attorney General has filed a notice of motion under rule 10 of
the Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 seeking for extension of time to appiy for
a revision against the judgment of the High Court of Tanzania, Commercia!
Division (Nyangarika, J.). The application is supported by an affidavit
sworn by Gabriel Paschal rv'lalata. In compliance with rule 106 (1) of the
Court of Appeal Rules, 2009, the applicant also filed written submissions to support the application which Malata adopted, together with his
