KISANGA TUMAINIEL(App) Vs 1. FRANK PIEPER 2. TRAVELLERSLODGELIMITED(Res)In the District Court of Bagamoyo at Bagamoyo the above named appellant had sued the respondents for false imprisonment. After a full trial the District Court dismissed the suit and ordered each party to bear its costs. 1 The appellant was dissatisfied with the decision of that court, he appealed to the High Court of Tanzania (Dar es Salaam Registry) where he was not successful. Still aggrieved, he has come to this Court on appeal.
