By notice of motion filed on 27/04/2015, the applicants brought
this application seeking for the following:
" (i) the applicants may be granted extension of time to file a notice
of motion for stay of execution against the decree passed by the High
Court of Tanzania (Commercial Division) in Commercial case No. 80 of
2006.
(ii) That this Honorable Court be pleased to grant the applicants
extension of time to serve the respondent with a Notice of Motion for
stay of execution out of time.
