ALLY MANONO(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The appellant Ally Manono, was sentenced to a jail term of 15 years by the District Court of Hai consequent upon his conviction for the offence of robbery with violence. He was also ordered to pay a sum of Shs. 10,000 as compensation to PW1 Kalebi Aleonasaa Swai, a man he was alleged to rob Shs 18,000.
