and 131 as amended by the Sexual Offences Act No.4 of 1998. The
prosecution alleged that on the ih May, 2001 at about 19.00 hours at
Mahongole Village within Mbarali District in Mbeya Region, the
appellant had carnal knowledge of Siwema dlo Jumanne without her
consent. |
