In the District Court of Moshi, the appellant, Elidadi Emanuel was
charged with the offence of Armed Robbery contrary to Sections 285 and
286 of the Penal Code. He was convicted and sentenced to thirty (30)
years imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court at Moshi was
unsuccessful, hence this second appeal. |
