NAIMAN RICHARD & 4 OTHERS(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The appellants Naiman Richard, Harson Wilbard, Simon Mariki, David Geofrey and Daniel Kavishe were arraigned before the District Court of Moshi in connection with armed robbery contrary to sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code and causing grievous harm contrary to section 225 of the Penal Code. They were all convicted and sentenced to thirty years imprisonment on the charge of armed robbery and seven years imprisonment on the charge of causing grievous harm.
