NDAYISENGA KANITE (App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The appellant and another person who is not before us, were charged with and convicted of the offence of attempted rape, contrary to section 132 (2) (a) of the Penal Code (Cap 16 RE 2002 ) in the Primary Court of Kakonko, in Kibondo District, Kigoma Region. They were sentenced to 30 years imprisonment. Their appeal to the District Court was dismissed.
