BAKARI ALLY @ lUMA MIRAJI (App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)In Tanga Criminal Sessions Case No. 18 of 2007, the appellant, Bakari Ally alias Juma Miraji was convicted of murder contrary to sections 196 and 197 of the Penal Code, Cap. 16 R.E. 2002. It was alleged that on the 26th October, 2005 at Magomeni A area within the Municipality and District of Tanga, the appellant murdered one Senorina dlo John Mkenda.
