BONIFACES/O SIWINGWA(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)This is a second appeal. The appellant and five others were charged in the District Court of Mbozi at Vwawa with armed robbery clss. 285 and 286 of the Penal Code, Cap. 16. The appellant and one Jacob Maleo, were convicted as charged and each was sentenced to the statutory minimum of thirty years imprisonment. The rest were acquitted.
