DANIEL SHAYO(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)On 20/8/1998 Daniel Shayo appeared before the District Court of Moshi to answer a charge of Defilement contrary to Section 136 of the Penal Code. When the charge was read over and explained to the accused person, his answer was "It is true." This plea made the trial District Magistrate enter a plea of "Guilty" against the accused person.
