GODFREY RICHARD(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The Appellant was charged with and convicted of the offence of armed robbery contrary to sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code (Cap 16 - RE 2002). He was sentenced to the mandatory term of 30 years imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court was dismissed in its entirety. This is his second appeal.
