HAKIZIMANA SyRIVERSTER(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The appellant appeared before the District Court of Muleba on a charge of Rape cIs 130(1) and 131(1) of the Penal Code as amended by the Sexual Offences Special Provisions Act, Number 4 of 1998. He was found guilty, convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. He preferred an appeal to the High Court of Tanzania at Bukoba. His appeal was dismissed in its entirety. He has preferred a second appeal to this Court.
