HASHIMU MOHAMEDI YUSUFU HASSAN(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The co-appellants, namely Hashimu Mohamed and Yusufu Hassani, were jointly convicted of armed robbery cjs 285 and 286 of the Penal Code, CAP. 16 R.E. 2002, in Criminal Case No. 292 of 2005 in the District Court of Muheza at Muhezawithin Tanga Region. They were sentenced to a term of thirty years imprisonment.
