JACKSON MLEMETA SOTOKINE MAUGWA AMOS MWARABU SEBALULA MAUGWA(App) Vs THE REPUBLlC(Res)The Appellants, Jackson Mlemeta, Sotokine Maugwa I Sebalula Maugwa and Amos Mwarabu were charged with and convicted of armed robbery contrary to section 285 and 286 of the Penal Code, Cap 16 in the District; Court of Kongwa. They were sentenced to the mandatory sentence of 30 years imprisonment.
