JUMA MALAYA(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)In the District Court of Dodoma, the appellants were convicted of armed robbery, contrary to Sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code, Cap 16, R.E. 2002. Each was sentenced to the minimum statutory sentence of 30 years imprisonment and twelve strokes of the cane.
