MARWA SIO lOEL@ GESABO(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The above named appellant was charged in the High Court of Tanzania at Musoma with Murder cis 196 of the Penal Code. He was found guilty as charged and "sentenced" to suffer death by hanging. Aggrieved by the finding of the High Court he has come to this Court on appeal.
