MSAFIRI lUMANNE PETER MASINA KWACHA KAFUBA MWANGILIPI(Apps) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The three appellants were convicted by the High Court of Tanzania at Mwanza with the offence of murder contrary to section 196 of the Penal Code, [CAP 16 R.E 2002]. They were alleged to have jointly and together murdered Sospeter Sammwel on 31st of January 1988 at the Regional Engineer's office (Ujenzi) within the Municipality of Mwanza as it then was.
