RASHID MTEMI(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The appellant was charged with and convicted of rape contrary to sections 130 (1) (2) (e) and 131 of the Penal Code Cap 16 R. E. 2002 in the District Court of Mpwapwa at Mpwapwa. Upon conviction he was sentenced to serve 30 years imprisonment.
