JIMMY ANDERSON MWAMPASHI(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)The Court upheld the conviction and the sentence of thirty years imprisonment that was imposed on the applicant by the trial court and sustained by the first appellate court for the commission of the offence of armed robbery contrary to section 285 and 286 of the Penal Code. He has now filed application under Rules 10 and 48 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2009.
