lIMMY ANDERSON MWAMPASHI(App) Vs THE REPUBLIC(Res)On 3rd March 2011 the Court dismissed an appeal which was filed by the applicant in Criminal Appeal No. 419 of 2007. He was convicted of the offence of armed robbery by the District Court of Mbeya. On first appeal the finding of the trial court was sustained and the appeal dismissed.
