On 31/10/2014, Martha Khotwe through the services of Mr. Justinian Mushokorwa, learned Advocate, by notice of motion, filed an application under section 4(3) of the Appetlate jurisdiction Act, Cap. 141 R.E 2002, Rule 10, 28, 60(1), 49(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 ( the Rules), seeking for extension of time to lodge application for revision of the proceedings of the High Court in Mise. Civil Application No. 27 of 2011 and Mise. Civil Appeal No.2 of 2009 and Mbeya District Court in Mise.Application No. 38A of 1999.
