dc.description	Before me is a notice of motion made under Rule 10 of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 (the Rules) filed by nine applicants namely, Juma Shomar, Abdul Mohamed, Seif Shabani Lulo, Hatib Solo, Alex Jimmy Steven, Godfrey John Msami, Amiri Yusuf Mwinyichumu, Maulidi Kilima and Daudi Shabani. The applicants are seeking for an order of extension of time to file a supplementary record of appeal in relation to the Ruling and Drawn order of the High Court of Tanzania Labour Division, at Dar es Salaam. (Hon. Moshi, J.) dated 2nd September, 2011 in Revision No. 265 of 2010. The notice of motion was supported with the affidavits of the above mentioned nine applicants.
