QUALITY GROUP LIMITED(App) Vs TANZANIA BUILDING AGENCY(Res)Before me is an application for extension of time so as to enable the applicant to file an application for revision out of time. The application has been made under Rule 10 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 (the Rules). The same was brought by a Notice of Motion supported by an affidavit. The reason for the intended revision was that the decision of the High Court is tainted with irregularities and illegalities.
