dc.description	In the District Court of Kibondo, the appellant was arraigned and convicted for rape, contrary to sections 130 (1) (2) (e) and 131 (1) of the Penal Code, Chapter 16 of the Revised Laws (the Penal Code). Upon conviction, he was sentenced to thirty (30) years imprisonment. His appeal to the High Court was dismissed in its entirety (Mgonya, J.), hence this second appeal.
