The study found that, the employee training offered at MdM Temeke has a significant role in the achievement of the organizational objectives, and validated by a t- test. There is significant relationship between employees training offered and the achievement of organizational objectives set. Basing on the study recommendation, it is suggested that in order for MdM Temeke to maintain its performance through training, in the process of conducting employee training, there should be an involvement of trainees in training designing so as to have different opinions from them on the training contents and trainer of their choice as well. This will make the training more effective and motivational.
