The main objective which study strives to achieve was effectiveness of non-governmental organizations in entrepreneurship development. The study used survey study design. The sample comprised 89 entrepreneurs, 11 Railway Children Africa officers. Primary data were collected from the sample mentioned through questionnaires, observation, and in-depth interview. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected.
