dc.description Findings indicated that there were reasons that caused TRA in Zanzibar to engage and involve in team building. Finding indicated that team building used let workers together and discussion issues that pertained the TRA in Zanzibar. In this case, is very important at workplace place because facilitates the performance. In light of this communication brings employee together and these results into socialization and into adoption of company culture which is also important socialization process. Findings indicated that ‘making the workplace more enjoyable’ to be another reason for TRA in Zanzibar adopted team building. Thus, working as a team enabled employees to feel part and parcel of the company and therefore effectively anticipate in production/providing services. It was also revealed from the study that another reason that caused Tanzania TRA in Zanzibar to engage in team building was to enable employees to know each other. Findings indicated that TRA in Zanzibar planned to team building in order to help participants to learn more about themselves as well as to identify and utilize the strengths of team members. Findings indicated that team building aimed practicing effective collaboration with team members. It was revealed from the study that team-building exercises consist of a variety of tasks designed to develop group members and their ability to work together effectively. It was also revealed from the study that TRA in Zanzibar formed different types of team-building exercises and these were communication exercise which involved communications exercises involved problem solving activities that are geared towards improving communication skills. It was also revealed from the study team interaction involves "soft" interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, leadership, and motivation - in contrast to technical skills directly involved with the job at hand. It is also recommended that the combination of both top management and junior staff is of vital importance on formulation of strong, effective and efficient team which attains its goals.
