dc.description Development is a long run process. African countries have been in fight to enhance living standards. Everyone at every moment plans how to get development regardless of the situation. It is for this purpose that people go to school and attain knowledge about different issues in the current world. At the end of education programs people get the opportunities to excel into performance in accordance and by using the knowledge so gained from thereof. This is where people differ in life by depending on the ways used by the personnel him/her self to make finance accumulation. Others are employed and others are become entrepreneurs depending on the opportunities and desires of an individual. Network marketing attracts many graduates and different other people as it is believed to have opportunities for performing and life enhancement and the studies entail those who made decision to join in this business have become better and are still becoming better and better. It is a pity that Tanzanian youth have not discovered this opportunities. The study collects a variety of information regarding the Tanzanian youth participation in the business and eventually the researcher makes analysis on that information so collected. The document explains if detail about the opportunities available in the network marketing and uses the Forever Living Company as a case study. It the expectation of the researcher that the contents of this research will be beneficial to the intended groups of people as well as the government and other non government organizations on enhancing development and poverty, the first Millennium Development Goal of the United Nations. The document is divided into five chapters every chapter with its purposes but all in full aiming at giving insights about Tanzanian youth development plan by using network marketing business.
