The findings show that the financial support from NSSF has led to the increase of health care budget, it has been found that health care budget has been increased from 460 million shillings to 541 million shillings, also the number of health care staff has been increased from 67 to 104. Also, the construction of health facilities supported by NSSF has led to the increase of the hospital capacity on taking more number of outpatients and inpatients, before the construction of health care facilities, the hospital had the capacity of taking only 674 patients but after the construction, the number has doubled. Moreover, due to CSR from NSSF, the hospital has reduced the stock out levels of medicines and medical supplies by 42%. Because of the provision of medical and medical supplies more patients have been offered with medicines that are to be treated with at the hospital.
