dc.description A study to critical examination on the right to education to the pregnant primary and secondary school students. It was conducted in Unguja – Zanzibar Tanzania as apart of Tanzania which allow the students to be expelled from school after getting pregnancy. Interviews, non-participatory observation, questioner and documentary review were the methods applied in data collection. It was revealed that despite of having the right to education there is great number of students who are expelled from school due to the pregnant especially to students who are in primary and secondary schools in Tanzania. The findings has revealed where the students go after being expelled from school (primary and secondary schools) after being pregnant.
